Park Regis Birmingham Hotel

I faced issues with room temperature regulation was nice. Parking was a bit complicated and quite expensive .

the location was stunning and amazing, close to broad street. we have spent 1 day in standard queen room with huge bathroom as well as ironing board, everything was second to none.

All good - we greatly enjoyed this hip new hotel - the food was amazing and the staff were very professional. The restaurant here was lovely with reasonably varied menu. It was as expected, had a thoroughly enjoyable stay for a Business Trip.

Comfy place with good Wi-Fi and lounge restaurant. One of the best English breakfasts with fried eggs, wine, an omelette. Fancy and huge rooms, elegant staff on the reception desk. Smooth check in and friendly check out.

During my weekend stay, I loved how quickly I could reach the Birmingham Botanical Gardens, just a 20-minute stroll away, and the friendly staff were genuinely cute, offering a comfortable lounge area to relax in before I left. As a solo traveler, I appreciated the spacious and well-decorated beautiful double room.

The stay was for a quick trip to celebrate my daughter's graduation. I appreciated the cozy room which was nicely decorated and made it easy to relax amidst all the excitement. The breakfast in the morning was a highlight, featuring freshly baked pastries and a good variety that catered to everyone’s tastes. the pillows were too soft for my liking and affected my sleep during our three-night stay.

I was blown away by the fine views of the Birmingham skyline from my room on the upper floor. The breakfast was a good buffet, with freshly made items and lots of vegan options. The lounge access was a game changer, offering endless non-alcoholic drinks and cocktails during happy hours-a perfect way to unwind after a busy day!

I had a fantastic experience. The breakfast buffet was very nice, with a wide variety, and the atmosphere was a treat! The bar's outdoor terrace was peaceful for unwinding. The bedding was great, providing the best sleep I've had in ages!

The hotel features a dedicated spa with treatments that left me relaxed, especially after a couple's massage and facial. I enjoyed the diverse breakfast choices that offered everything from freshly baked pastries to organic juices, catering to various tastes.

On the downside, the soundproofing didn't cut it. Noise from the street and neighbors made it hard to get a peaceful night's sleep. The room layout was awkward, with a pillar at the foot of the bed creating a tight squeeze to the bathroom. The balcony at the bar wasn't regularly cleaned, which left a less than pleasant atmosphere for post-dinner drinks.

The friendly staff went out of their way to, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with freshly baked pastries and a variety of options available.
